白日夢冒險王(The Secret Life of Walter Mitty)

華特米堤（班史提勒飾）總是作著一個又一個白日夢(daydream)。無論是以帥哥姿態征服冰河、或從爆炸大樓現場化身超級英雄救出老先生，在他的超現實幻想情境中，無名小卒(nobody)也可以無所不能。不作白日夢時，現實生活裡的華特米堤卻和他的英雄事蹟一點兒也沾不上邊; 他只不過是個素人到不行的無名小卒，終日面臨快被公司裁員(lay off/ let go)的窘境, 默默迷戀又沒膽約他的正妹同事（克莉絲汀薇格飾）來場戀愛。正當華特得面對現實世界的終極考驗時，他放手一搏讓一切超乎想像，人生原來可以過得如此精彩, 冒險歷程遠比夢想更加壯觀動人！

就在華特米堤找到第25張底片時回到公司，詢問主管"生活"的座右銘是什麼?   那段還蠻好笑的~~~

Odessa Mitty: "喔, 恍神(或是心不在焉)"                                   ------>就字面上的直接翻釋是"區塊以外"。。。。。。。
Edna Mitty: "你偶爾會這麼做，發生什麼事?"

海豚: Porpoise            ---> Dolphin
解雇: lay off/ let go
